Pay Rate depending on location and experience.

SECURITY GUARD SUPERVISOR POSITIONS AVAILABLE

$21.50/Hour | 40 Hours a Week

Responsibilities:

Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations
Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
Monitor quality and production levels
Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity
and product quality
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers
Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies

Responsibilities:

Conduct foot patrols, monitor CCTV cameras, provide first aid, and write detailed incident reports.

Respond to alarms, report security breaches, and provide leadership in emergency situations

Utilizing de-escalation skills to ensure the safety of staff and visitors.

You'll complete investigations, interact with the public, enforce rules, and provide a visible security presence.

You're a Great Fit if You Have:

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Confidence interacting with team members, clients, and the public

Physical ability to stand and patrol for extended periods

Basic technology skills, including report writing and radio communication
